Abstract

Results on cultivation of Pleurorus osrrearus in the state of Guerrero, Mexico, are discussed. Peanut
hull (Arachis hypogaro), dry com leaves (lea mays) and both mixed in a 2:1 ratio were used as
substrates. The peanut hull showed 85.44 ± 3.98% of biological efficiency. The highest biological
efficiency was of 144.85 ± 23.27% on dry com leaves. The mixture in a 2:1 ratio yielded n biological
effi ciency of 95.7 ± 12.58%.
