Abstract

The tumours or galls oí Collybia rtrynphila (Bull. ex Fr.) Kumm. are described
an identiíied with the fungi Christiansenia mycclopllila (Peck) Ginns fc Sunhede,
and C. lumefaciens Ginns fc Sunhede (Fam. Corticiaceac, Aphyllophoralcs), both
rccently reported by Ginns & Sunhede (1978) from North America and N o/
Europe. It is reported also C. tumcfadens on Collybia biityracr.a (Bull. ex Fr.)
Quél. for lirst time. Both C. mycelophyla and C. lumcfacifitts sccm coinmon in
México, through coniferous and oak forests.
