Abstract

A list with 103 species of fungi, mainly mushrooms, from the Volcin de Tequila, State of Jalisco, Mexico
is prcscnted. Titey were collected in pine-oak and oak forests. Seventy-three species are reported as new
for the region, of which five are registered for the first time from the State of Jalisco
