Species of yeasts isolated in Mexico from the tea fungus

Seven species of yeasts were studied , one of them with two races :
Brettanomyces intermedius , Candida famata , Pichia membranaefaciens, Saccharomyces
cerevisiae race aceti , ~- cerevisiae r ace cerevisiae , Torulaspora delbrueckii,
Zygosaccharomyces bail ii, and ~· rouxi i ; all of t hese are registered for the first
time in Mexico from the t ea fungus .
