New records of fungi from the State of Veracruz

Abstract

Thirty six new records of fungí from the State of Veracruz are discussed (2 are Ascomycetes
and the others Basidiomycetes) of which 15 species re reported for first time
from the mycoflora of Veracruz, 4 of them are new from México [ Favolaschia filopes
Sing. &JO. Fid., Cystoderma ferruginosum (Bres.) Pegler, Broomia sp. (the genus Broomia
was only known from África and Argentina), and Macowanites sp. (this genus was only
known form U.S. A., Europe, África and Australia)]. The studied material was collected
in 49 localities of Veracruz.
