New records of Amanita from Mexico

Five species andone variety of Amonita: A. aspera(Vitt.) Quél., A. áspera vai.francheti
Boud., A. calyptwderma Atk. & Bailen, A. eliae Quél., A. pelioma Bas, and A. spreta Peck,
are reported for the first time from México. Some aspects of the distribution, ecology
and importance of them are discussed.
