city, State of Colima (Mcxico). The f i í s t niciuioned spccics \v:\s i.sohiLcd from
tuba fcrmcntecl with straWberries, and thc sccond spccics was olxained Lrom tuba
fermcnlccl with apples. It seems that thcsc are the lwo fivsi. microor^anisms of
tliis hcvcrage that have becn siudied in México.
